Gemini Season

WELCOME TO GEMINI SEASON!!! (starting on May 21, 2023)

Whenever the sun leaves the region of the sky designated to one Sign and moves into the region of the next Sign, we experience a new Sign Season. Whichever Sign the sun is in at any given time affects the "flavor" of energy that we collectively tend to focus on. As we shift from Taurus' love of beauty and finery, grounded-ness, sensuality, financial stability, earthiness, and predisposition towards complacency or stubbornness, we can find our focus turning towards Gemini-related themes. We go from Taurus Season to Gemini Season.

In Gemini Season, we tend to focus on themes like: Learning, processing information, basics and fundamentals, duality, communication, trickery and jokes....among other things. And what's going to be happening soon in the world around us? Students taking exams. High school Seniors playing their Senior prank. Lots and lots of communicating about events and logistics and grades and summer plans and and and....

Each of us have Gemini energy within us to one degree or another, and each of us experience an added measure of Gemini energy during Gemini Season. So, between now and June 21st (when the sun shifts into Cancer and Cancer Season begins), it's a great time to explore how your identity connects with Gemini-related themes. It's also a great time to focus on Gemini themes in general.

How do you do this?

Here are a few examples:-

• learn something new, and notice how you feel and what you think about the experience
• practice being curious. Ask more questions, gather information, apply the new information in your life, and notice the results. It's like approaching each moment as if it were an experiment!
• Get back to basics. Return to the fundamentals of your work, your spiritual or religious beliefs, anything!
• Communicate! Talk to other people, write a book or a blog or a short post on social media, learn about how to communicate more effectively, etc.
• Start a business or purchase something from someone who has. Mercury (the planet that rules the Sign of Gemini) loves commerce
• Play (good-natured) practical jokes. But be prepared to be on the receiving end as well!
